Thank you for supporting Hoodstock Clothing, made in Hawaiʻi. We do our best to get your orders to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping information below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, new product drops, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Standard shipping within Hawaiʻi typically takes 2–4 business days.
U.S. mainland orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Hoodstock Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over.
