Thank you for shopping with Hoodstock Clothing, made in Hawaiʻi. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return or exchange:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

    • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • To start a return or exchange, email hoodstockbynoah@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Items returned not in their original condition may be denied a refund.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products

  • Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable)

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hoodstockbynoah@yahoo.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email hoodstockbynoah@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  3. Package your item securely with proof of purchase.

  4. Ship the item back following the provided directions.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
